Own end-to-end service assurance for managed services: manage incidents, problems, changes, monitor KPIs/SLAs, drive performance and automation, coordinate with field/support teams for issue resolution and spare management, and present governance and improvement plans.

The IFM Contract Relationship Manager will manage supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiations, develop strategies, and ensure compliance and governance across regions.

Lead the sourcing organization in Korea, manage strategic sourcing activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Perform 24x7 alarm monitoring and first-level fault management for transmission networks (SDH, PDH, DWDM, Microwave, IP/MPLS). Identify, classify, correlate, and prioritize alarms, create and manage incident tickets in ITSM tools, escalate to L2/L3 per SLAs, and produce outage reports and RFOs. Provide shift handovers and stakeholder updates during outages.

Monitor 24x7 network alarms and events across CMTS, XGS-PON, Cisco/Juniper and optical access devices; perform first-level diagnostics, create and manage incident tickets, follow escalation procedures, coordinate with L2/L3 and vendors, use Altiplano AMS and NMS/OSS tools, and validate restorations.

Monitor alarms for Broadcast, OTT, IPTV, VOD and CAS platforms 24x7, perform initial alarm analysis, create and escalate incident tickets to L2/L3 within SLAs, monitor dashboards, maintain incident records, and follow SOPs and escalation procedures.

Provide operations and administrative support for Field Services: manage logistics, vendor/ASP performance, process improvement, compliance, training, cost quotations, and ensure operational and financial targets are met.
