Monitor alarms for Broadcast, OTT, IPTV, VOD and CAS platforms 24x7, perform initial alarm analysis, create and escalate incident tickets to L2/L3 within SLAs, monitor dashboards, maintain incident records, and follow SOPs and escalation procedures.

Manage service delivery for telecom infrastructure projects, oversee operational performance, financial management, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with Ericsson standards.

Provide operations and administrative support for Field Services: manage logistics, vendor/ASP performance, process improvement, compliance, training, cost quotations, and ensure operational and financial targets are met.

Provide L2 production support for NetCracker BSS components, lead incident triage and root-cause analysis, manage mid- and month-end bill runs, perform Unix/Linux administration and scripting, coordinate releases and patches, maintain runbooks, and act as primary escalation and customer-facing technical contact in a 24/7 environment.

Responsible for managing financial, operational, and delivery performance in operations assurance and broadcast operations as a Service Delivery Manager.

Lead global end-to-end supply chain and logistics for antenna products, driving S&OP, order/material planning, supplier and capacity management, KPI tracking, digitalization, and cross-functional alignment while building and developing a leadership team to ensure supply continuity and optimize inventory, cost, lead time, and service levels.
