Drives proactive problem management and service improvement for telecom Packet/CS Core and RAN networks. Leads initiatives to reduce tickets, work orders, alarms, costs, and customer impact; analyzes network performance, KPIs, call flows, and outages; identifies root causes, risks, single points of failure, and preventive actions. Collaborates with operations and analytics teams to develop predictive models, implement corrective actions, maintain governance and knowledge bases, and improve network performance and customer experience.

Provides production support for telecom services by activating, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting service resources. Uses Linux, Bash, networking tools, log analysis, and incident ticketing processes to maintain service availability and performance. Works rotational 24/7 shifts, prioritizes incidents, resolves issues under pressure, and collaborates with teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Lead and manage high-severity (Severity 1) incidents in a 24x7 GNOC. Coordinate technical and management bridges, mobilize resources, handle escalations, communicate with customers and stakeholders, produce event reports and RCAs, collaborate with global teams and vendors, and drive continuous process improvements to minimize network disruption.

Lead regional EHS for Network Operations across MOAI: set strategy, prevent serious injuries, govern psychosocial risks, manage workers' compensation, ensure environmental compliance, strengthen contractor governance, and develop a specialist team while influencing senior stakeholders and embedding EHS into commercial decisions.

Provide IT operations support and system maintenance for customer environments. Perform health checks, monitoring, incident and service request resolution, capacity planning, test execution and automation, change validation, root-cause diagnostics, and technical documentation while coordinating with stakeholders and third-party supervisors.

Lead global end-to-end supply chain and logistics for antenna products, driving S&OP, order/material planning, supplier and capacity management, KPI tracking, digitalization, and cross-functional alignment while building and developing a leadership team to ensure supply continuity and optimize inventory, cost, lead time, and service levels.

Coordinate training logistics and venues, support trainers and participants, maintain contact with trainers and vendors, handle inquiries, schedule meetings and timetables, prepare training materials, and help deliver Learning Services projects on time and with quality while engaging with customers and vendors.
