Lead regional field services for telecom network operations and maintenance. Manage on-site teams, coordinate corrective/preventive maintenance, ensure SLA/KPI performance, enforce OHS standards, supervise subcontractors, handle site security and access, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Responsible for monitoring and executing reactive maintenance in telecom operations, ensuring services meet SLA performance, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Manage and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure including Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online, Office 365, Azure AD and Azure AD Connect. Perform tenant/hybrid migrations, PowerShell automation, email security and retention configuration, Level 3 troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams following ITIL and change management.

Manage end-to-end Enterprise and FTTX service delivery and assurance to meet SLAs/OLAs. Monitor network performance, lead incident response and major-incident war rooms, drive RCA and corrective actions, coordinate vendors/field/NOC, report KPIs and executive dashboards, support rollout readiness and BAU acceptance, enforce change and preventive maintenance, and optimize service efficiency in a 24/7 environment.

Support internal communications operations: maintain intranet/SharePoint, Viva Engage, WeChat and other channels; assist with event management, provide administrative support to ESS NJ business units, and complete special projects assigned by the Head of Business Support Center.

Lead and transform Managed Services business operations across India, South-East Asia and Oceania. Design operating models, drive OHS/Target Zero programs, own financial planning and forecasting, coordinate workforce and capacity management, implement contract and performance governance, manage operational risk and compliance, drive customer satisfaction, and lead transformation, automation and people development for the Business Operations team.

Provide L1 fault management and operational maintenance for data/system delivery solutions, investigate alarms and trouble tickets, coordinate incidents to meet SLAs, support L2 teams, and recommend network performance improvements.
