Partner with Operations to embed workforce management (WFM) discipline across intraday, scheduling, and capacity decisions. Act as WFM translator and guardian, coach Intraday/Scheduling Specialists, run scenario planning, audit governance and reduce manual overrides to protect service, cost, and scalability outcomes.

Investigate customer account and payment activity, prepare and submit unusual activity reports to the Israeli FIU in Hebrew, handle escalated customer cases, standardise processes, mitigate risk, and collaborate with operations, compliance, product, and knowledge teams to improve ILS operations.

Supports the Head of Banking & Expansion APAC and senior APAC leaders by managing complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, expenses, budgets, approvals, events, and leadership follow-ups. The role also oversees workstreams, improves administrative processes, handles sensitive information discreetly, coordinates vendors and logistics, and supports AI-driven ways of working and team culture.

Owns delivery enablement for Wise Platform’s partner-facing team by optimizing onboarding processes, standardizing documentation and templates, improving tools and automation, tracking KPIs, facilitating team rituals, developing training, leading change management, and coordinating cross-functional alignment across global teams.

Lead a customer support team by coaching agents, resolving complex cases, managing KPIs, optimizing workflows, handling incidents, analyzing performance data, and improving AI-driven support tools. Collaborate with workforce management, quality assurance, knowledge management, and product teams to remove blockers, identify product gaps, refine processes, and align daily operations with company goals.

Leads Cards Billing and Settlement Operations across strategy, cost reduction, reconciliation, payout SLAs, automation, audit readiness, and control improvements. Owns roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, incident resolution, scheme mandates, and cross-functional relationships with Finance, Treasury, Payment Operations, and Internal Controls. Directly manages, coaches, and develops the team while improving project management, SQL, dashboards, automation, and AI capabilities.

Supports the VP Finance and Treasury, VP FP&A, and Finance Leadership Team through complex calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, action tracking, travel logistics, expenses, invoices, approvals, communications, and event planning. The role also improves workflows, coordinates stakeholders, manages offsites and team activities, supports AI transformation, and contributes to a collaborative workplace culture.

Lead Wise's Poland operations and expansion: define product localisation strategy, secure and manage regulatory authorisations, represent the company to regulators and partners, run the local branch, drive commercial partnerships, ensure operational continuity, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale the business locally.
