Provide multi-channel technical support for Wise Platform enterprise API partners: troubleshoot and debug REST APIs, interpret logs, query databases, respond to high-severity incidents, and collaborate with global engineering and product teams to improve integration reliability and partner experience.

Lead a group of customer support teams and team leads to meet KPIs, set forecasts, and drive operational improvements. Manage hiring, performance, budgets, compliance, stakeholder relationships, and cross-team initiatives. Enable leads with training, resources and coaching, and use analytics to identify process improvements and forecast demand.

Lead KYC operations reviews including CDD/EDD, transaction and periodic reviews, risk assessment and escalation, record keeping, compliance with KYC/AML rules, mentor analysts, improve processes, communicate with customers, and meet KPIs in shift-based environment.

Lead Wise’s Italy branch: define product localisation and market strategy, obtain and manage local licences/authorisations, oversee operations, regulatory and partner relationships, represent Wise in Italy, and drive commercial and operational growth while ensuring governance, compliance, and incident response.

Lead Wise's Poland branch: define product localisation and market strategy, secure and manage licences/authorisations, own regulatory and partner relationships, oversee local operations and governance, represent Wise publicly, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale the business.

Lead Wise's Romania operations: define market strategy and product localisation, secure licences and regulatory approvals, manage local branch as legal representative, maintain regulator and partner relationships, coordinate with global teams, drive commercial partnerships, ensure compliance and incident response, and scale local teams and infrastructure.

Execute quality checks and calibrations for complex, high-risk payments cases; lead thematic reviews, root-cause analysis and calibration with stakeholders; mentor colleagues; use advanced analytics and AI to derive insights; present findings to stakeholders; support audit/regulatory activity and drive continuous improvement against KPIs and SLAs.
