Manage Citrix and virtualization services, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud change requests. Support Windows operating systems, updates, SCCM, and performance troubleshooting. Monitor IT service capacity and availability, diagnose issues, manage tickets and changes, and use tools such as Tanium, Ivanti, and Systrack. Analyze data and deliver reports and presentations to users and technical teams.

Screen and process incoming Group Life claims and related mail, enter and update claims in the FEGLI system, handle claimant calls and correspondence, produce letters, perform peer reviews, and meet quality and production metrics.

Reviews and approves escalated complaint responses, advises on complex life insurance and annuity transactions, investigates high-value disbursements and suspected fraud, and researches contract histories. The role develops resolutions for customers and partners, supports legal, compliance, product, and regulatory teams, identifies operational risks and trends, and recommends process improvements while maintaining strong controls.

Manages and resolves disability claim escalations, customer inquiries, and processing questions. Investigates concerns, performs root cause and trend analysis, maintains database integrity, and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with Legal, privacy, account, claims, operations, and leave teams to address escalations and improve customer satisfaction. Requires disability claims expertise, knowledge of disability products and applicable laws, and proficiency with basic Microsoft tools.

Provides high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President and other leaders. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, complex travel arrangements, expense and invoice processing, presentation and report preparation, confidential information handling, records maintenance, supply ordering, facilities requests, and stakeholder communication. The role requires independent prioritization, discretion, organization, multitasking, and support for senior executives in a hybrid Tampa office environment.

Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end data integrity and reconciliation for investment platforms. Reconcile cash balances, validate portfolio cash projections, act as data steward for reference data, troubleshoot data quality issues, support ad hoc reporting, and document processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and automation.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior audit leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic/international travel and expenses, prepare presentations and reports, organize meetings and events, handle confidential information, and partner with EAs and business partners to ensure seamless operations.
