Provides remote technical support for customer infrastructure, resolving hardware and software incidents through phone and e-support. Diagnoses routers, switches, firewalls, operating systems, VMware, servers, and storage; records incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow and knowledge systems; escalates issues when needed; manages customer communication and service-level requirements while maintaining ITIL practices.

Provides onsite Level 1 technical support for HPE NonStop systems in enterprise customer environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software incidents, applying patches and firmware updates, monitoring systems, managing inventories and licenses, documenting incidents, supporting change processes, participating in customer reviews, and escalating complex issues. Leads service-line escalations, executive-visible customer complaints, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across complex enterprise infrastructure environments. Coordinates technical and business stakeholders, improves service stability and customer experience, documents workarounds, audits cases, and drives operational governance and continuous improvement. Partners with delivery teams on service plans, performance measurement, capability development, and preventive recommendations across server, networking, storage, and virtualization domains.

Monitors and maintains compute, storage, virtualization, network, and data center infrastructure. Troubleshoots and escalates incidents, deploys hardware, cabling, power, and connectivity, executes maintenance procedures and automation workflows, and supports 24x7 operations. Collaborates with engineering, security, networking, and application teams to maintain reliable and secure services.

Serves as strategic advisor and execution partner to the Data Center Engineering leader. Translates engineering priorities into measurable plans, operating rhythms, and decision points; prepares executive briefings; drives cross-functional alignment; monitors organizational health, investments, capacity, and delivery risks; and leads complex initiatives spanning engineering, product, finance, operations, and workforce planning.

Provides remote and occasional onsite technical support for Windows and Nutanix data center environments. Resolves hardware and software issues, handles escalations, documents solutions, supports customers and technicians, and applies ITIL practices. The role also contributes to technical action plans, mentors newer agents, leads resolution activities, collaborates with sales teams, and supports customer, vendor, and industry interactions.

Provides remote and onsite technical support for Linux data center systems, hardware, software, storage, and peripheral devices. Resolves customer and business technical issues, troubleshoots complex problems, documents solutions in knowledge systems, and proactively reduces recurring incidents. The role also leads resolution activities, mentors technicians, supports technical action plans, uses ITIL practices, and collaborates with sales teams, customers, vendors, and service providers.

Provides Tier 2/3 data center infrastructure support for a federal contract. Maintains network and system hardware, performs installations, upgrades, patching, security configuration, monitoring, incident resolution, capacity planning, and troubleshooting. Advises customers and sales teams, mentors junior staff, supports operational improvements, and works onsite in Manassas with occasional evening or weekend flexibility.

Provides professional customer-service solutions for unresolved escalated cases from end users, dealers, service providers, field employees, executives, and channel partners. Handles complaints involving availability, pricing, product safety, customer satisfaction, and authorized dealers through telephone and written correspondence. Applies customer-relations knowledge, hardware and operating-system knowledge, communication skills, and independent judgment to analyze issues and recommend solutions.
