Supports product operations for Aladdin Platform Engineering by coordinating OKRs, planning, roadmaps, reporting, communications, intake, governance, and leadership cadences. The role maintains product documentation and hubs, tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions, prepares executive materials, improves workflows, and promotes platform product adoption across engineering and partner teams.

Provides executive-office administrative and business support, including calendar and meeting preparation, business travel and expense coordination, stakeholder communication, event and offsite planning, process and technology support, and ad hoc project execution. Partners with administrative teams and Chiefs of Staff while managing priorities, logistics, risks, and confidential information in a fast-paced office environment.

Provide global operational leadership and governance for HSE programs, overseeing incident management, ergonomics and workplace accommodations, event and travel safety, documentation, case management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Lead teams, maintain controls, create dashboards and executive reports, manage global inbox and vendors, and drive process redesign and AI-enabled efficiencies to ensure consistent, timely, and audit-ready program delivery.

Leads contracting innovation across the contract lifecycle by driving process improvement, workflow automation, AI adoption, and operational transformation. Designs scalable solutions, reduces manual effort, develops dashboards and documentation, and partners with Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and technology teams. Supports governance, change management, user adoption, and broader AI strategy development within the SMA business.

Provides 24x7 technical support to executives and assistants by diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining hardware, software, networks, and multimedia equipment. Supports Windows, macOS, mobile devices, virtual desktops, Office 365, and enterprise applications through desk-side, phone, email, and remote channels. Responsibilities include asset management, documentation, escalation, vendor coordination, disaster recovery participation, project support, executive travel assistance, and occasional weekend or on-call coverage.

Support global ETF servicing across the ETF lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution, risk management, governance, and operational efficiency. Partner with portfolio management, capital markets, technology, product development, and operations teams on product launches, platform enhancements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Develop performance metrics, streamline workflows, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to scalable operating-model enhancements for ETF clients and ecosystem participants.

Support daily middle-office operations for private credit: reconcile cash and positions, investigate breaks, manage trade lifecycle and loan administration, coordinate with custodians, administrators and internal teams, assist settlements, execute UAT for automation, maintain process documentation, and act as point of contact for external managers and auditors.

Leads alternatives client onboarding, fund launches, capital activity, investor servicing, reporting, operational controls, and transfer-agent oversight. Manages a junior team, resolves complex client and service-provider issues, coordinates with Legal and portfolio teams, and drives process improvements, automation, platform enhancements, and integration initiatives across private-market investment products.

Leads end-to-end operations for a wealth management joint venture, including product operations, regulatory filings, settlements, valuation, reporting, AML/KYC, client onboarding, outsourced service providers, controls, and product launches. Builds and develops the operations team, improves workflows, manages operational risk, partners with technology teams on automation, and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
