Owns the onsite reception and workplace experience, including visitor and candidate hospitality, badging compliance, mail and shipping logistics, kitchen and catering operations, conference room readiness, facilities coordination, administrative ticketing, and support for company events. The role requires daily onsite work, strong organization, customer service, communication, and office operations skills.

Verify and maintain social service program listings, research and add new resources, respond to user tickets, use internal curation tools, and collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and platform support.

Manage macOS fleet and corporate network operations, administer Google Workspace and Atlassian platforms, enforce security and RBAC, serve as Tier 2 escalation for IT support, coordinate vendor RMAs, maintain server rooms, create SOPs, and assist on IT projects with an emphasis on operational discipline and zero-touch deployments.
