The Micron Account Site Lead manages customer engineers, ensuring site operations and performance for the Micron account while driving customer satisfaction and business strategy alignment.

Configure product models and dependency rules in a configurator tool, manage production releases of configuration content, maintain BOMs in an ERP, support Master and Manufacturing BOM workflows, and handle ECR/ECO change management while collaborating with business SMEs and following modeling standards.

Provide technical support for large clusters of virtual machines, troubleshoot Microsoft/network/application issues, validate software and VM releases, create installation/upgrade instructions, train field and junior engineers, and assist with customer OS performance and database integration analysis.

Provide first-line software and systems support for Applied Materials equipment: troubleshoot application issues via ticketing, assist field engineers, create and verify installation/upgrade instructions, participate in product testing and documentation, deliver customer training, and provide scheduled off-hours support while completing required trainings.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems, process non-standard requests, manage order fulfillment from forecast to shipment, maintain booking completeness, communicate shipment and configuration status with manufacturing and account teams, handle customer commitments and source inspections, and escalate booking or revenue issues as needed.

Lead process architecture, design, and optimization for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Standardize end-to-end workflows, design audit-ready controls, apply process mining and data-driven improvement, prototype no-code/low-code/AI solutions, and integrate TPRM with contracting. Drive continuous improvement, governance, and cross-functional change adoption while partnering with Legal, Technology, Analytics, and Audit.

Manage and coach district customer engineers, maintain customer relationships, drive account planning and system installations, oversee RMA and hours tracking, enforce escalation procedures, and coordinate with product divisions on support, training, spares, and reliability while meeting financial and performance targets.

Lead a Field Service organization, designing and implementing complex service programs, managing P&L and budgets, defining divisional strategy and metrics, and owning customer relationships. Interface with executives, approve long-term programs, guide managers, and drive customer satisfaction and operational performance. Role includes ~25% travel and leadership within senior business group.

Support cross-functional execution to meet product line and financial goals. Track OPEX against plans, drive process improvement and business continuity planning, use AI tools to boost productivity, collaborate with engineering to increase R&D velocity, and remove procurement bottlenecks. Lead projects without direct supervisory responsibility.

Support strategic customer accounts by coordinating demand planning, delivery execution, contract administration, and revenue-related processes. Monitor forecasts, manage large orders, identify and escalate risks, prepare reports and metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Use ERP and reporting tools to maintain operational data and support decision-making.
