The Sr. Manager of Provider Data oversees operations for provider data management, maintaining a SQL-based provider data source for various systems.

Handle inbound calls from physician offices and clinics to resolve provider issues (eligibility, billing, authorizations). Navigate complex computer systems, document interactions, pursue first-call resolution, and build positive provider relationships while complying with company policies.

Handle customer inquiries about health benefits via chat and secure email, using company tools and conversational online writing. Maintain familiarity with apps, websites, and SMS channels, type at required speeds, and adapt to evolving messaging programs while preserving brand-to-consumer relationships and following company policies.

Provide clerical support to leadership including filing, answering phones, scheduling, data entry, scanning medical records, completing audits and discharge chart reviews, processing orders with physicians, and communicating with patients and referral sources.

Manage enterprise software license lifecycle and compliance by analyzing installation, hardware, procurement, financial and entitlement data. Maintain SAM inventory and procedures, recommend acquisition/discontinuance decisions, identify compliance issues and cost-savings, implement automation and AI-driven optimizations, lead SAM initiatives, collaborate with procurement and IT teams, and report status to senior leadership.

Provide remote Tier 1 technical support for Change Healthcare Radiology PACS solutions across Ireland, UK, and France. Troubleshoot applications, systems, connectivity, monitor alerts, manage cases and SLAs, document work, update knowledge base, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in an on-call rota.

Provide high-level executive support to the CIO and VP of AI Engineering: manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expenses and materials, plan meetings and events, track deliverables and action items, leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to streamline workflows, maintain confidentiality, and act as a strategic partner to optimize executive time and organizational effectiveness.

Provide front-desk radiology support: schedule and manage appointments, verify insurance and demographics, assist referrals, perform image sharing and PACS/RIS tasks, make outreach/reminder calls, manage patient flow, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.

Manage a team of analysts in the Consumer Operations Vitals & Experience Hub to monitor consumer-facing operational metrics, identify process improvements, liaise with cross-functional partners, resolve operational incidents, and drive improved consumer experience and outcomes. Hire, coach, and develop staff while reporting to the Associate Director and supporting strategic planning and resource allocation.

Serve as the primary client contact for desktop services discovery, transition, and enhancements. Manage desktop support delivery, mentor staff, scope projects, work with product management, improve processes and SLAs, and handle hardware procurement while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
