Provide high-level administrative support to the Market CEO and senior leaders, including calendar and travel management, expense reports, meeting and event coordination, preparing and distributing materials, managing confidential information, office logistics/onboarding, liaising with facilities, and other office management duties.

Consult with business users and technology teams to define, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Manage and operate endpoint device platforms in a dual UEM environment (MECM/Intune/Workspace ONE). Responsibilities include application packaging and deployment, OS servicing, patching and vulnerability remediation, platform health monitoring, troubleshooting using logs, ITSM participation in war rooms, and building PowerShell automations and AI-assisted runbooks to improve reliability and SLAs.

Provide daily administrative and operational support to sales producers: analyze and report sales data, communicate sales plan changes, manage sales logistics and materials, support onboarding and training, troubleshoot order processing, and perform special projects.
