This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments
- Handle and process live checks with 100% accuracy, including scanning and secure documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and update tracking systems for mail and package deliveries
- Digitize and archive important documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate mail and document handling
- Scan and digitize documents, package completed files into labeled boxes and return those boxes to designated shelving.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to data security and mailroom operations

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and ability to learn new applications
- This role requires the regular ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 lbs as an essential job function
- Ability to work onsite at 115 W. Wausau Ave., Wausau, WI
- Ability to work any full-time shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST (Central Standard Time zone) from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $16 - $25 hourly based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
