Optimize carrier plans and mobile service costs, manage SLAs and incidents, and enable automation, reporting, and lifecycle governance across regions while collaborating with engineering, procurement, finance, and security.

Lead operational health, governance, and continuous improvement for endpoint and collaboration environments. Own device lifecycle, provisioning, endpoint governance, and M365 platform operations. Track KPIs/SLAs, partner with Security/IAM/Compliance, drive automation and operational readiness, and advise leadership on service health and transformation.

Lead digital transformation initiatives in Philippines and Indonesia, focusing on strategy execution and stakeholder engagement for scalable digital solutions.
