Build and run the operational engine for Notion's global community programs: design scalable databases, automations, workflows, and dashboards; manage onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag and vendor logistics; define measurement, reporting, and data hygiene; and improve scale through integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires managing Notion's global go-to-market strategy, alongside GTM leadership, to drive performance, operational efficiency, and scalable insights through data analysis and strategic initiatives.

Provide escalated billing and payment support for SaaS customers, troubleshoot payment and processing errors, triage complex issues to engineering and accounting, collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, maintain KPIs and documentation, and contribute product feedback to enhance payment processes.

The role involves designing, implementing, and measuring the customer journey post-sale, leading cross-functional operations across GTM, managing teams in Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success Operations, and ensuring pipeline health and operational metrics are met.

Lead strategy and execution for Notion's Partner programs: build revenue and capacity models, run planning cadences, define systems and reporting, optimize partner processes, design incentives and tiering, and partner cross-functionally to scale ARR growth and improve partner experience.
