The role maps processes, defines routing, permissions, controls, and human-in-the-loop patterns; builds agents and automations; measures operational outcomes; establishes AI safety and documentation standards; and drives stakeholder adoption across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Data, and Engineering.

Support two Engineering and Product leaders through complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense administration, and cross-functional communication. Organize executive offsites and large team events, track meeting notes and action items, foster team culture, and improve workflows. The role requires discretion, strong organization, adaptability, independent judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Lead strategy and execution for Notion's Partner programs: build revenue and capacity models, run planning cadences, define systems and reporting, optimize partner processes, design incentives and tiering, and partner cross-functionally to scale ARR growth and improve partner experience.

Provide onsite and remote workplace IT and AV support for Dublin/EMEA, manage device and employee lifecycle, improve SOPs and automation, collaborate with security and global IT, and reduce recurring support work through AI or lightweight automation.
