Lead and oversee live tracking and event validation across global sports leagues. Manage teams and contractors, troubleshoot systems, ensure data quality, maintain documentation, support game-day operations, and coordinate with international teams to meet SLAs and staffing needs.

Collect and monitor data on teams and players during games using specialized software, ensuring accuracy and providing feedback to game managers.

Lead operational risk, business continuity and insurance for the Operations function. Maintain risk registers, monitor exposure, run incident management and post-incident reviews, manage global insurance programme and brokers, drive resilience through training, scenario testing and continuous improvement, and report risks to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, manage travel and logistics, coordinate team communications and All-Hands, maintain intranet, draft and publish tech memos and blog content, and support projects and board-level materials.
