Design, structure, and maintain the company knowledge base for Global Operations. Use AI and design tools to create searchable, multimedia knowledge assets, write user-friendly articles, manage content lifecycle and reviews, align stakeholders, and support KM strategy and post-training resources to improve information access and usage.

Lead program and operational initiatives for Specialty Travel & Events: scope projects, manage global technical rollouts, optimize workflows, audit and analyze data (SQL, BI, Snowflake, Tableau), influence cross-functional partners, and run iterative experiments to improve systems and processes.

Lead and unify Navan and Reed & Mackay global event-air operations across online and offline channels. Define target operating model, own service quality and commercial performance, scale platform adoption, manage workforce planning, and partner with Product & Engineering to transform workflows and drive measurable operational improvements.
