Provide best-in-class travel support via chat, phone, and email; manage hotel/flight/car/rail bookings; use Sabre/Amadeus GDS for ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management; maintain supplier and compliance knowledge; meet SLA and performance metrics; support self-service and give feedback to product and operations teams.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for NYC and global users including desktop hardware/software troubleshooting, device provisioning and maintenance, SaaS administration, account management, network/VPN support, A/V and event support, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and participation in on-call rotation.

Provide best-in-class travel support across chat, call, and email; manage hotel, flight, car and rail bookings; maintain supplier and system knowledge; resolve issues within SLA; advise on fares, ticketing, and compliance; provide feedback to product teams and meet performance metrics.

Operate as the tactical controller of a 24/7 global travel operation, monitoring AI-driven alerts, executing exception-based levers to protect SLAs, managing portfolios and queues across channels, leading incident response during disruptions, and cross-training in forecasting and data tools to improve automation and continuity.
