The Senior Billing Operations Analyst at Datadog will support billing inquiries, collaborate with teams, manage requests, and improve processes within the Finance department.

Investigate and resolve complex APM escalations, build tooling and troubleshooting workflows, mentor and enable global support, and partner with Engineering/Product to improve tracing, instrumentation, and observability.
