Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support for employees across Mac and Windows environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting devices, software, VoIP, videoconferencing, Zoom Rooms, accounts, and meeting spaces; managing tickets, onboarding and offboarding; maintaining documentation; administering endpoint tools and updates; and escalating complex issues. The role also supports office technology and improves IT support processes.
