Own and scale Narmi’s internal IT systems, including Jamf-managed Apple devices, Google Workspace, identity and access controls, and automated employee lifecycle workflows. Develop Bash and Python integrations, support SOC 2 and customer audits, maintain endpoint compliance, resolve complex IT issues, evaluate tools, and document scalable processes. The role requires strong Jamf and Google Workspace expertise, identity-management experience, scripting ability, and U.S. work authorization, with a New York City location or relocation.
