Lead a team of Cloud Support Engineers for MongoDB Atlas, manage escalations, diagnose performance and architecture issues, collaborate globally, drive knowledge-sharing and case deflection, and support customer success and account growth.

Design, create, and maintain internal technical training modules and hands-on workshops for Technical Services. Identify training needs, build curriculum and policies, engage subject-matter experts, measure training effectiveness with KPIs, and improve content tooling and delivery across a globally distributed team.

Own end-to-end logistics and production for in-person and virtual enablement events. Serve as producer/emcee, operate delivery platforms, manage stakeholders and vendors, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement of training experiences.

Lead EMEA Incident & Escalation Management, drive resolution of high-severity production incidents, run post-incident RCAs, improve processes, coordinate cross-functional responses, hire and mentor regional/global teams, and advocate product fixes and improvements with engineering and product management.

Lead global deal strategy for complex, non-standard SaaS transactions. Improve deal cycle times, profitability, revenue recognition compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Coach and manage a team, apply analytics and judgment to commercial negotiations, and drive process and technology improvements including AI deployment.

Provide high-touch administrative support to three Area VPs across India and ASEAN: manage complex calendars, international travel, expenses, meeting logistics, offsite events, correspondence, and cross-functional coordination. Anticipate priorities, track action items to closure, and handle confidential materials with discretion.

Lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, build executive-facing business cases, manage hyperscaler relationships, partner with Finance/Product on performance analysis, and develop margin forecasting frameworks to drive scalable growth and informed decisions.

Provide front-line cloud support for MongoDB Atlas customers: investigate technical issues (connectivity, availability, UI/features), escalate complex bugs to engineering, and test new features. Deliver fast, accurate customer service and collaborate with global teams to ensure customer success.

Provide technical support and advisory for large MongoDB customers across architecture, performance, recovery, and security. Advocate customer needs to product teams, create diagnostics and support tools, and operate across MongoDB ecosystem including Atlas and Cloud Manager. Hybrid role based in Bengaluru.

Lead Americas corporate travel program strategy and operations, managing vendors, costs, compliance, traveler experience, and regional policy localization. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Security, and stakeholders to drive savings, supplier adoption, risk management, and program governance.
