Provide Tier 1 technical support via chat, phone, and email for JumpCloud's platform: troubleshoot macOS, Linux, and Windows device and identity issues; reproduce and escalate bugs; maintain KB articles; collaborate with internal teams and customer success; participate in on-call shifts.

Provide technical Tier 1 support for JumpCloud customers across email, phone, chat and remote sessions. Triage and resolve high-priority macOS, MDM, directory and API issues, reproduce defects, collaborate with engineering and product teams, maintain knowledge base articles, and support onboarding/offboarding.

This role focuses on building agentic outbound systems using AI and automation to improve efficiency, pipeline generation, and productivity within GO-to-Market strategies. Responsibilities include designing workflows, automating outreach, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
