Provide first-level IT support in Superhuman’s Berlin hub, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and audiovisual issues. Support executives, events, large meetings, Zoom rooms, onboarding, and IT asset management. Maintain equipment inventories and support documentation while coordinating with global and onsite IT teams. Recommend service improvements, manage priorities independently, and deliver a seamless employee technology experience.

Partners with business-unit leadership to translate strategy into priorities, plans, and execution. Establishes planning rhythms, governance, business reviews, dashboards, and operating cadences; leads complex cross-functional initiatives, product launches, integrations, and readiness efforts. Facilitates information flow and decision-making across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, go-to-market, Revenue, Sales, Finance, Data, and other business units while independently driving high-impact operational work.

Partners with a business unit’s EPDM leadership to translate strategy into priorities, execution plans, operating cadences, governance, and performance tracking. Owns complex cross-functional initiatives, launch readiness, integrations, business reviews, dashboards, and information flow across teams. Acts as a trusted leadership delegate and connective operator across business units, route-to-market teams, and functional experts in a matrixed, multi-product environment.

Lead the commissions function end-to-end: plan design, quota support, calculation and payout, CaptivateIQ administration, reporting, dispute resolution, and scaling processes and team to align incentives with company GTM and pricing evolution.

Provide expert email product support for Superhuman Mail via email and tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, evangelize customer needs internally, influence product and growth, create delightful customer moments, and continuously improve team efficiency and customer experience.
