Lead and scale the Dynatrace University LMS (Docebo) platform, establishing governance, SLAs, ticketing and support models, driving integrations and automation, defining KPIs and reporting, enabling stakeholders, and managing a team to ensure secure, scalable, customer-focused learning operations.

Lead vendor relationships and vendor-run operations for enterprise business systems (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Boomi, Gong, Snowflake). Drive governance, SLAs/SLOs, follow-the-sun support models, DevOps/ITIL operational workflows, CI/CD modernization (Copado), automation and AI initiatives, contract and budget management, and compliance (SOX/ITGC) through performance tracking, QBRs, and continuous improvement.
