Define CRM and CPQ requirements, mentor analysts, train stakeholders, and independently resolve ambiguous, high-value deal situations.

Own complex, high-value deal execution from quoting through contracting and quote-to-cash while ensuring policy compliance and data accuracy. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve non-standard requests, improve pricing and discounting governance, and define CRM and CPQ enhancements. Lead process, policy, automation, and AI-driven improvements; maintain playbooks and training; and mentor newer analysts.

Own complex, non-standard deals from quoting through contracting and quote-to-cash while advising Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations. Ensure pricing, revenue recognition, CRM data, and process compliance. Improve deal desk policies, playbooks, systems, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Define CRM and CPQ enhancements, mentor analysts, and lead documentation, training, and process adoption across the global team.

Administer and support DigitalOcean’s revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and connected GTM systems. Manage request queues, user provisioning, permissions, licenses, configurations, data loads, troubleshooting, integrations, data hygiene, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows. Resolve tier-one issues, escalate complex problems, and grow toward owning system enhancements and GTM architecture projects.

Owns project delivery across DigitalOcean’s go-to-market systems, including Salesforce, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, enrichment, and data platforms. Builds integrations, automations, AI-powered workflows, and data flows; manages tier 2 escalations; performs Salesforce administration; supports solution design, vendor coordination, testing, rollout, and enablement. The role also documents reusable patterns, mentors an engineer, and partners with technical program management on cross-system initiatives.

Owns end-to-end projects across DigitalOcean’s go-to-market systems, including implementations, integrations, automations, data flows, Salesforce configuration, and AI-powered workflows. Handles tier 2 escalations, diagnoses cross-system issues, builds durable fixes, supports solution design, coordinates vendors, documents reusable patterns, and mentors an engineer. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, experience with multiple GTM tools, iPaaS or API integrations, SQL and warehouse fluency, AI systems familiarity, and the ability to review Apex, Python, or JavaScript.

Owns project delivery and tier 2 support across DigitalOcean’s go-to-market systems. Responsibilities include implementing tools, building integrations and automations, maintaining Salesforce and related platforms, troubleshooting data flows, developing AI-powered workflows, coordinating with vendors, contributing to solution design, and documenting reusable patterns. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, integration and API experience, SQL and warehouse fluency, familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript, and at least five years administering and building GTM systems.

Provide technical support to cloud platform customers through tickets and email, troubleshoot Linux, networking, web server, database, and hosting issues, monitor alerts, meet support SLAs and KPIs, assist with reporting and process improvements, and lead customer site migrations. The role requires rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends, and onsite work in Karachi at least three days weekly.
