Lead and execute enterprise-wide risk-based compliance testing and monitoring across US and international entities. Plan testing cycles, perform fieldwork, report results to senior leadership, track remediation, and improve CTA methodologies and governance in partnership with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business teams.

Lead day-to-day business operations and regulatory reporting for Coinbase Ireland across the EEA. Build dashboards and insights using SQL, Snowflake, and Looker. Manage outsourcing governance and third-party risk, drive cross-functional projects, and support regulatory and product operations to ensure compliance and regional growth.
