Provide first-line application support: handle incoming customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with customers and technical teams, document resolutions, test and maintain applications, follow development and project standards, and escalate to senior support as needed.

Provide high-level administrative and communications support to the CIO and Global IT team: manage calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, reports, and special projects; act as CIO proxy, lead strategic initiatives, analyze metrics, and build executive-level relationships while maintaining confidentiality and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid workplace.
