Perform routine monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of enterprise IT platforms. Follow documented procedures, escalate unclear or nonstandard issues, assist with system lifecycle tasks, and communicate status within the IT operations team under regular supervision.

Lead Salesforce platform operations strategy and day-to-day execution to ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalable delivery. Own governance, incident/problem/change management, CI/CD and environment strategy, monitoring/observability, vendor and cost management, platform roadmaps, and people leadership. Partner across IT and business to prioritize technical debt, capacity planning, SLAs/OLAs, and continuous improvement while serving as escalation point for major incidents.

Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods: map processes, run assessments and workshops, build business cases, recommend automation, assist implementation, track metrics, and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Lead IT strategy and operations across UK, Poland, and US; manage M365, cloud infrastructure, vendor-supported applications (NetSuite, Mavenlink, ZenQMS, Zendesk); oversee a small internal IT team, vendor relationships, security/compliance (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, GxP), budgeting, and user support/training to ensure reliable, compliant technology operations.
