Lead the creation and operation of Fora's agency business: own onboarding, implementation, and account management for agencies; build SOPs and GTM playbooks; close gaps in training, tools, and partnerships; act as external leader to agency principals; and scale into portfolio P&L leadership by hiring and coaching General Managers and tracking agency performance.

Lead end-to-end payments operational quality for booking ingestion, commission tracking, and advisor payouts. Build scalable processes and automation, partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering, run metrics and reporting, and manage a distributed team to ensure accurate, timely payouts and operational excellence.

Provide high-touch administrative and operational support to the Chief Product & Technology Officer: manage email and calendars (work and personal), coordinate travel and events, prepare briefings and communications, develop task management systems, use AI tooling to automate workflows, handle sensitive materials, and coordinate across senior leadership to drive execution and operational excellence.
