Manage Field Operations Managers and shift leads to ensure reliable staffing, on-site quality, incident management, and account health. Define commercial frameworks, build AI-enabled tooling and monitoring with Product/Data/Engineering, and recruit, onboard, and develop shift lead talent to sustain performance at scale.
