Drive business growth with sales and product teams, oversee pricing, bids, contracts, and continuous improvement while providing technical escalation and client engagement.

Provide Level 1–3 support for the CableBuilder application: troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and configuration issues; debug and enhance Java components; run SQL Server queries and scripts; collaborate with Development/Product/Infrastructure; create documentation and train customers; participate in support calls and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and optimize a regional network of laboratories across the Americas, driving cost, productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Oversee capacity planning, budget and footprint decisions, implement automation (Labware, Magnesis) and Lean Sigma improvements, ensure compliance and accreditations, coach managers, and align lab goals with customer operating units to deliver timely, high-quality lab services.
