Provide first-tier remote customer support via phone, email, and written correspondence; resolve inquiries promptly, meet quality and performance metrics, handle escalations, and follow operational standards and schedules.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

The Contract Manager will oversee strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor management, and performance assessment for technology-related spends, while ensuring internal stakeholder satisfaction and operational efficiency.
