Own relationships with a book of high-value players, provide personalized outreach and VIP experiences, resolve issues end-to-end, escalate and follow through, monitor responsible gaming, and share player insights to improve the VIP program and product.

Lead partner ecosystem development across Brazil and South America for manufacturing customers. Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage resellers, distributors, and consulting partners to drive recurring revenue and partner-sourced pipeline. Align regional partner strategy with global GTM, support complex sales with internal teams, forecast partner-driven pipeline, and execute annual partner business development plans.

Manage relationships with UNFI Natural and KeHE and downstream retailers for Foods, PC, and BW. Lead a 3-person broker team, own joint business planning, develop natural channel strategy, align brand and trade spend, and drive operational delivery including forecasting, inventory management, supply chain compliance, deductions, and trade investment ROI.

Manage day-to-day Legal Department operations, implement processes and workflows, drive process improvements and metrics, coordinate onboarding/training, manage vendor and financial support, maintain knowledge repositories and collaboration sites, support legal technology adoption, and coordinate meetings, logistics, and departmental projects to enable efficient legal services delivery.

Partner with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to own GTM financial models, forecasts, and reporting. Deliver KPI dashboards, variance analysis, board/QBR packages, and analyses that guide hiring, commission, and spend decisions. Embed with GTM leaders to influence investment and improve forecasting accuracy.

Own the conversion funnel from discovery through first purchase. Run high-velocity A/B and landing-page experiments, partner with marketing on tracking/attribution and MarTech, evolve commerce (subscription and one-time), and drive platform/internal tooling work with engineering to improve conversion and personalization.

Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support: partner with business leaders to forecast hiring, design sourcing strategies, configure and optimize the ATS, proactively source candidates using advanced Boolean and social sourcing, advise hiring managers, implement automation and AI tools, maintain talent pipelines, produce recruitment metrics, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Support and enhance Power Automate and back-office platforms by designing, coding, testing, and maintaining automation and integration solutions. Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, build prototypes, implement CI/CD and TDD practices, and drive continuous improvement under senior guidance.

Own and evolve the platform-as-product used by engineering teams: improve reliability and observability, build test infrastructure and CI/CD tooling, optimize infrastructure cost and strategy, maintain infrastructure-side compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA), and serve as first-response for platform on-call incidents.

Design end-to-end web product experiences for Hagerty members: translate broad concepts into usable flows, create interaction and visual designs, prototype high-fidelity solutions, partner with PMs and engineers, contribute to product strategy, and present work to stakeholders.
