The Manager of Customer Marketing will drive adoption, retention, and expansion for K-12 customers, designing programs, executing campaigns, and aligning with cross-functional teams.

Own day-to-day fraud operations for internal and BPO teams: manage people and vendors, develop and get SOPs compliance-approved, maintain QA scorecards, drive process improvements using data, balance fraud prevention with user experience, and serve as escalation point.

First commercial hire to define and execute go-to-market: prospect, sell, and close to build pipeline; establish channel partnerships with brokerages, aggregators, and associations; attend conferences; gather market feedback; and partner with founder and engineering on roadmap, messaging, and pricing. Lead application and operational implementation of GRC/compliance frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, CSA STAR, NIST CSF). Develop policies, run internal audits, support risk management and remediation, coordinate with SecOps to ensure controls meet audit standards, and support access reviews and annual audits.

Design and implement backend features in Go, build data pipelines and REST APIs, work with PostgreSQL and AWS, contribute to scalable system design, and optionally develop React.js user-facing features while collaborating in a fast-paced AI-focused startup.

Drive new and existing business for labels and envelopes within the Greater Grand Rapids territory. Prospect, present, price, negotiate, close deals, manage accounts, and coordinate with production to ensure order fulfillment. Participate in a six-month training program in Milwaukee before working independently in-territory, traveling daily to meet clients.

Develop and maintain client relationships in the Greater Grand Rapids territory to drive envelope and label sales. Prospect new accounts, present solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with production for fulfillment, and maintain sales records while traveling daily within the territory.

Work on product AI team combining research and development to create and test security-focused AI use cases. Generate threat data, emulate APT attacks, write Python and shell automation, build repeatable tests, evaluate AI model effectiveness for SOC workflows, and influence engineering priorities through data-driven findings.

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and ELT pipelines in Snowflake. Architect data foundations to power AI and LLM-enabled workflows, operationalize core SaaS metrics, and build reusable data assets for analytics and activation. Partner cross-functionally to embed analytics into workflows and ensure scalable, secure architecture.

Drive expansion revenue for mid-tier SaaS accounts by owning upsell/cross-sell targets, managing expansion pipeline, forecasting in HubSpot/Domo, leading QBRs, and collaborating with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure retention and growth.
