The Director will build and scale Learning and Organizational Development programs, including leadership development, learning strategy, organizational consulting, change management, facilitation, talent processes, and AI-enabled learning initiatives. This strategic player-coach will advise executives, diagnose organizational challenges, design scalable learning experiences, lead organizational transformation, and strengthen manager effectiveness and organizational capability in a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company.

Designs and delivers accessible, engaging learning experiences for managers, leaders, and employees across digital, live, blended, and in-the-flow-of-work formats. Responsibilities include needs analysis, instructional design, content creation, stakeholder collaboration, LMS publishing, AI-enabled development, accessibility, evaluation, and content lifecycle management. The role supports manager capability, leadership, performance management, career growth, AI fluency, compliance, and employee development while documenting scalable design practices.

Owns end-to-end testing decisions and coordinates scenario alignment, stakeholder sign-off, testing team readiness, testbed criteria, test data preparation, and status communications throughout unified testing.

Lead the design, development, customization, integration, optimization, and support of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Manage modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB; develop scripts, workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements; troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades. Partner with stakeholders to deliver ITIL-aligned solutions, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers.

Provide empathetic front-line support to outpatient therapy clinics through Zendesk, Zoom, and phone calls. Triage, troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve customer issues; document clear engineering escalations; track tickets through resolution; create help center content; identify recurring issues and product improvement opportunities; and support customers transitioning from onboarding.

Owns the technical setup and validation of new client launches, including practice configuration, clearinghouse connections, payer enrollments, claims, Twilio communications, card processing, payment flows, and JSON configurations. Own client onboarding from contract signing through go-live and early steady-state. Continuously improve onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials while managing multiple concurrent implementations.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend applications using Node.js, React, and AWS services. Build secure, high-performing solutions supporting federal missions, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to agile development. Responsibilities include working with serverless services, databases, CI/CD tools, and modern JavaScript technologies while delivering high-quality software.

Lead integrated strategic planning and storytelling for the e.l.f. Beauty account: translate data and trends into concise C-suite recommendations, evangelize planning tools, connect measurement frameworks (MMM), oversee testing, drive commerce and creator integration, and co-lead business expansion and pitches.

Represents Entrata at client events and provides leadership with insights on account strategy, client needs, and risks. Requires domestic travel and advanced enterprise sales expertise with AI.
