Oversee accounts payable operations for a consolidated automotive dealership accounting office, including invoice processing, vendor setup, payments, reconciliations, and vendor records. Supports a potential Uganda assignment focused on strengthening local government capacity to access and manage climate finance. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of Uganda’s decentralized governance and climate-finance institutions, advising on donor requirements, project preparation, funding applications, and developing capacity-building materials, practical guidance, training, and related tools for government and public-sector actors.
