Serve as the technical authority for Resi’s indirect channel by training distributor and dealer teams, creating enablement materials, designing solutions for complex opportunities, handling technical escalations, supporting expansion opportunities, maintaining demo environments, and informing product roadmaps. The role requires ProAV and video infrastructure expertise, hands-on system design and installation experience, consultative communication skills, and travel to industry and integrator events.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure Java backend services and APIs. Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across microservices, databases, messaging systems, and capacity planning.
