Own relationships for 40–50 mid-market GovCon accounts to drive adoption and value from an AI-driven proposal platform. Execute value plans, deliver business reviews, monitor account health, surface risks, enable expansions, train users, partner with Account Managers, and translate customer feedback into product input.

Lead and grow a team of offensive security engineers, ensure high-quality red team, application, and cloud security engagements, drive operational metrics (utilization, margin, NPS), integrate field findings into product, champion AI/automation, and support sales and client relationships at executive levels.

Handle and adjust cyber insurance claims including coverage analysis, investigation, incident response, reserve evaluation, management of defense/coverage counsel, reinsurance reporting, claim disposition, and client/broker communications and presentations.
