Manage onboarding, resource allocation, project finances, SOWs, delivery coordination, escalations, customer reviews, and satisfaction. Partner with sales, Agile Leads, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations, identify upsell opportunities, and align deployments with customer objectives. Healthcare technology, interoperability, FHIR, and HL7 experience are preferred.

Perform outbound outreach (phone, email, SMS, social) to home professionals, qualify opportunities, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain Salesforce, and hit pipeline and outreach metrics in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

Leads aviation geospatial projects, client relationships, business development, project delivery, quality reviews, financial performance, and contract negotiations. Advises airport clients on GIS, BIM, UAS, mobile mapping, CAD, and aeronautical data solutions while managing project metrics and supporting industry partnerships, presentations, and thought leadership.

Establish templates, playbooks, governance, workflows, and a multi-year operating model.
