The role partners across vertical and service-line teams to accelerate AI adoption, growth, profitability, and innovation.

Deliver customer-facing virtual and onsite training in data and AI. Create tailored courses, projects, certifications, and assessments using the DataCamp platform. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams to design learning paths, simplify complex technical concepts, support diverse personas, and drive customer adoption, satisfaction, skill improvement, and professional services revenue.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as an HR Business Partner for the Tampa site. Partner with managers, coach employees, support performance and compensation processes, drive engagement and culture, guide workforce planning, maintain compliant HR operations, and provide regional support to other sites. The role requires independent execution in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment and includes approximately 30% regional travel.

Serve as the post-sale technical advisor for customers, guiding onboarding, implementations, integrations, configuration, adoption, and technical enablement. Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, document technical success plans, identify adoption risks, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating value, delivering training and workshops, and helping customers achieve business and security outcomes.
