Lead and scale a partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) across the US West Coast/Canada. Own partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and regional demand generation. Build and scale high-performance platform software for AI-driven radar systems across edge and cloud. Implement C++, Go, and Python components, distributed services, APIs, and deployment tooling; improve performance, reliability, and observability; collaborate with AI and embedded teams and mentor junior engineers.

Own full sales cycle across Europe for an AI agent governance platform: prospect, demo, run POCs, close deals, develop channel partners, maintain CRM, forecast, and own post-close customer success while helping build GTM processes.

Provide administrative support to the General Liability claims team: perform claim intake, review TPA systems for legal invoice payments, update claim and policy records, handle calls and emails, manage mail and large file links, compile reports, escalate issues to management, and back up claims administrative staff. Maintain accurate electronic timeclock entries.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services (primarily Python/Flask). Own projects end-to-end, identify high-impact opportunities, collaborate across remote teams, ensure reliability with testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices, and iterate based on product/customer feedback.

Provide high-touch user support via Intercom, troubleshoot web/mobile and integrations, build Intercom automations and AI-driven workflows, create help center content, report bugs and collaborate with product and engineering, and support onboarding to improve user experience and reduce friction.
