Oversee balance sheet, cash and investment accounting, internal controls, audits, and budgeting. Manage and develop the accounting team, sponsor accounting/process change and automation, and ensure BSA/AML and OFAC adherence.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, technical, and professional roles: source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate offers and pre-employment checks, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, ensure compliance (DOT/FMCSA, I-9/E-Verify), support employer branding and recruiting analytics, and participate in outreach and hiring events.
