As a Founding Engineer, you will own major product surfaces and contribute to AI search technology development at Petra Labs.

Design and produce detailed mechanical, electrical, and automation installation drawings and models for data center systems. Coordinate submittals, BOMs, vendor compatibility, standards compliance, and supervise project-level design tasks while supporting engineering, fabrication, and field teams.

Manage NetSuite and ERP implementation projects across scoping, planning, integrations, enhancements, data migration, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery. Analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, mentor project teams, and support business development through client meetings, proposals, statements of work, and project estimates.

Provide HR administrative and operational support for a manufacturing facility including payroll and timekeeping administration, recruiting and onboarding, HR recordkeeping, benefits and unemployment processing, employee relations and engagement, workers' compensation/safety support, and workforce reporting to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Provides administrative and public-facing support for voter registration, elections, passport services, public records, and candidate filing. Maintains voter databases, processes ballots and forms, verifies signatures, collects fees, prepares reports and deposits, supports bilingual Spanish voter outreach, and assists customers by phone, email, and in person. Participates in outreach events, citizenship ceremonies, statewide trainings, and election preparation while maintaining political neutrality and confidentiality.

Supports daily office administration, work-study student scheduling and mentorship, event preparation and execution, logistics, guest support, basic A/V coordination, and post-event breakdown. The role also assists with promotional copy, template-based graphic design, signage, printed materials, and communications deadlines. It requires independent prioritization, in-person availability, event leadership, spatial awareness, and professional supervision of a team of more than 10 student workers.

Lead end-to-end analytics projects using proprietary and alternative datasets: ingest, clean, structure, analyze, and deliver clear visualizations and client-ready insights, building scalable SQL/Python/Snowflake workflows and improving data quality and models.

Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IP network environments, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting network-related inquiries.

The Safety Sweep Lead oversees environmental risk assessment and safety during forest trail programs, ensuring participant safety and hazard management.

Provides administrative and operational support for underwriting and insurance departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with Accounting and Product teams, following up on premium payments, issuing cancellation notices, providing loss runs, soliciting renewal applications, managing accounts receivable, reconciling payment discrepancies, completing compliance training, supporting customers and colleagues, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
