Art Director partnering with the Creative Director to shape Beck’s visual brand across integrated print, digital, environmental, event, and video campaigns. Responsibilities include developing visual concepts, creating production-ready assets, art directing photo shoots, mentoring designers, presenting concepts, reviewing creative quality, collaborating with marketing and production partners, and improving creative workflows and design systems.

Leads strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management for expanding-market annuity products, especially registered products and RILAs. Develops business cases, monitors market and competitive trends, partners with Pricing and Actuarial on economics, and coordinates Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Distribution stakeholders. Owns product performance, positioning, documentation, regulatory alignment, and executive communication.

Requires strong knowledge of personal lines coverage, insurance markets, underwriting procedures, client communication, Microsoft Office, and agency systems. The role also requires a state Property and Casualty license, valid driver’s license, and travel to client sites.

Build and ship native iOS features in Swift, manage EAS builds and App Store submissions, and contribute to React Native and TypeScript code when needed. Work within Supabase and related backend systems, submit reviewed GitHub pull requests, debug test-user feedback, identify launch requirements, and communicate progress and blockers independently. This is project-based, part-time work reporting directly to the founder.

Supports the Academic Records Director with daily departmental operations, staff supervision and development, workflow and resource management, policy implementation, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, audit readiness, and process improvement. Position Memory and SSD products in collaboration with SSD and NAND business units, while developing relationships with sourcing, engineering, and storage architecture stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, remote account management, and travel within the United States and Asia.

Drives revenue growth for a diabetic foot ulcer prevention program across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, supporting VA Health System programs, delivering patient updates to clinics, educating clinicians, building clinical knowledge, managing growth-related activities, and developing provider relationships. The role requires extensive territory travel and collaboration with sales, care management, operations, and clinical teams.

Provides administrative and analytical support to management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, Microsoft Office assistance, document handling, research, data analysis, reporting, and cross-department coordination. Coordinates executive events and may oversee office operations such as space planning, supplies, vendors, and compliance. The role requires onsite work at one of several specified company locations.

Supports land development engineering projects under a licensed Professional Engineer, preparing grading, drainage, utility, permitting, calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Evaluates site constraints and design alternatives, coordinates with project managers, clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams, and contributes to quality control. Provides guidance to junior staff, manages assigned tasks, meets deadlines, and participates in periodic field work and site visits.
