Oversees design reviews, compliance, safety certifications, hardware-software integration, schedules, resources, risks, manufacturing readiness, production support, and field reliability. Partners with product, software, quality, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while mentoring engineers and driving predictable execution across scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

Lead the architecture and technical standards for Curaleaf’s data and analytics ecosystem. Design secure, scalable Snowflake environments; establish SQL, Python, dbt, modeling, testing, CI/CD, and governance practices; and develop reusable data products and platform capabilities. Partner with engineering, analytics, data science, governance, and business teams, guide technical roadmaps, optimize performance and costs, lead incident reviews, and mentor engineers through cross-team technical influence without direct people management.

Designs, analyzes, fabricates, validates, and improves electromechanical machinery, robotic work cells, and warehouse automation equipment. Responsibilities include preparing manufacturing documentation, supporting production and commissioning, coordinating with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams, developing test procedures and manuals, validating mechanical components, and guiding less experienced engineers. The role includes customer visits, fabrication and assembly participation, and up to 20% travel.

Build SOPs and audit trails, monitor queue health and reconciliation accuracy, and report risks to Operations and Finance leadership. The role requires strong judgment, analytical ability, financial data expertise, and experience improving reconciliation or control processes in a fast-paced environment.

Leads reliability improvements across fourteen manufacturing facilities by conducting RCA and FMEA, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyzing equipment performance data, and reducing downtime. Manages asset lifecycle planning, spare parts and lubrication strategies, reliability projects, and equipment specifications. Trains maintenance personnel in condition monitoring and reliability-centered maintenance while promoting standardized reliability practices across plant sites.
