As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with sales and customer teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth, design solutions, and validate technical fit for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Own and build the company's outbound GTM engine end-to-end: design prospecting infrastructure, data pipelines, enrichment and targeting, implement and optimize GTM tools, enable SDRs, track performance metrics, and align cross-functionally to scale outbound.

Lead technology consulting services sales, expand client relationships, drive business development, oversee proposals, and mentor a team while ensuring client satisfaction.

Manage global learning and development projects (events, eLearning, L&D strategy) end-to-end: scope, resource, plan, budget, QA, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and financial tracking while partnering with content, design, BD, and clients to deliver on statements of work.

Lead client onboarding, training, and adoption for a tax-focused platform. Coordinate implementations, deliver tailored training, design adoption plans, monitor usage, advise on workflow transformation, and relay product feedback to cross-functional teams.

Provide eCommerce consulting to automotive dealerships using the RevolutionParts platform: analyze store performance, optimize listings and pricing, recommend digital marketing, train clients, manage a book of accounts, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue and platform adoption.
