The Principal Developer will lead the technical direction of the Exposure Management product area, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high engineering standards across teams.

Embed with enterprise customers to scope, build, and deploy automations on the Kognitos platform. Design, build, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions including Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Automate, integrations with Business Central and external systems. Develop custom extensibility (C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript, PCF), implement portal UX/security, enable ALM and deployment practices, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintainable, scalable customer-facing applications.

Lead partner-focused marketing strategy and execution to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives. Build partner playbooks, manage PRM marketing components, coordinate joint campaigns, events, and partner communications, track partner KPIs and ROI, and collaborate with partner operations and corporate marketing to grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and optimize AI solutions, troubleshoot pipeline issues, document best practices, and develop MVP code to transition into production-ready systems.

Lead strategy and execution for Enrollments and the Patient Journey API to enable hub connectivity and real-time status surfacing. Deliver biopharma sponsorship differentiation through discovery, API design, cross-functional execution, commercial readiness, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring compliance and measurable financial outcomes.

Handle automobile liability and physical damage claims for Michigan: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, prepare estimates, negotiate settlements, authorize payments, identify subrogation, refer to specialty units, document files in claims system, and manage repair/total-loss processes. Role requires compliance with Michigan insurance law and occasional travel or inspections.

Lead and scale corporate finance functions, build financial models and forecasts, own budgeting and FP&A lifecycle, support KPIs and cross-functional decision-making, drive ROI initiatives, support fundraising, M&A and investor relations, and implement processes and systems to improve forecasting and reporting.
