The Outbound SDR proactively generates net-new pipeline through structured outbound prospecting into high-value ICP accounts. Manage a portfolio of self-employed clients: prepare, review, sign, and file federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120-S); mentor and train junior tax staff; research and interpret tax laws; produce technical memos and compliance reports; collaborate cross-functionally and maintain knowledge of multi-state tax matters.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights, support strategic decisions, and improve financial processes and KPI tracking.

Lead technical strategy and architecture across multiple engineering teams, drive platform and developer productivity, promote engineering best practices (quality, reliability, security, observability), advance AI-enabled engineering, mentor senior engineers, and contribute hands-on to complex distributed systems, integrations, and cloud-native solutions to improve organizational engineering outcomes.

Provide Level 2 technical support and implementations for MSP clients, troubleshooting desktop/server/network issues, configuring hardware/software, managing backups, EDR remediation, RMM usage, and updating client documentation. Act as escalated resource on service tickets, support projects, maintain certifications, meet KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, utilization, SLA), and coordinate with service coordination and project management.
