The Data Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines, perform data extraction and transformation, and support data analytics across the enterprise.

The role also manages MongoDB Atlas clusters, database replication, indexing, query optimization, and operational improvements.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Minted’s e-commerce discovery experience across search, browse, navigation, category, and product detail pages. Use customer insights, behavioral data, experimentation, and product data to improve discovery and conversion. Partner with engineering, design, merchandising, marketing, SEO, and adjacent product teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives, define instrumentation, manage dependencies, and measure business impact. Mentor other product managers and establish high standards for product strategy, execution, and customer experience.

Create and maintain 3–18 month demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios using historical sales, seasonality, and market data.
